QFB Runs its Business Through WBPRO Management System
Quality First Builders (QFB) is an Insurance Restoration Contractor company with a long and vast experience in commercial and residential restoration. Founded 22 years ago in Central Florida with coverage in Orange, Seminole, Osceola, Volusia, Sumter, Brevard, Lake, and Flagler Counties.
Their Repair Services include: Asbestos Abatement, Biohazardous Cleanup, Black Water, Fire Damage, Flood Damage, Lead Abatement, Lightning Damage, Mold Damage, Odor Removal, Roof Damage, Sinkhole Damage, Smoke Damage, Storm Damage, Tornado Damage, Tree Damage, Vandalism Damage, Vehicular Impact, Water Damage, Wind Damage, Wind, Storm, & Hurricane Damage.
QFB needed a system to could allow them the management of all projects, check repair statuses, review costs, and profits. Additionally the application needed to have modules for adjusters so they could view the repair status and costs of their own projects, a module for sub-contractors to bid on projects and a module for insureds to track their home repair progress.
How We Helped
WBPRO provided an integrative solution which allows them to handle all the Jobs, from beginning to end: the estimates given to their customers, the assignments to the Project Managers, Bid requests to Vendors, and managing every stage of the project with specific workflow and statuses.
Every involved party has a personal interface where they can log into the Company’s Management System: the Insured, the Adjuster, the Vendor, the Project Manager and the Management. They can log into the system and see only their own information. Users can view the repair progress, update statuses, send and receive emails through the system, ask and reply questions, among others.
The system also keeps relevant information regarding, Home Mortgages, Warranties, Insurance Companies and financial information for the accounting system.
Tracking emails are sent automatically by the system based on triggers, including project delays, out of compliance, project completions or tasks due.
Module for High Volume Events
A special module was developed for catastrophes like hurricanes, floods etc. allowing QFB to have a specific workflow that is efficient to handle high volume events keeping the entire team organized and increasing their performance during peak times.
QFB knows that to stay ahead, they need to understand and analyze every area of the business. For this reason, critical data points were identified throughout the system and data analytic reports created, giving important insights of the operation.
