Technical and Customer Support Policy

WBpro will provide general customer support to Customer in the United States, in accordance with the then-current customer support policies in effect. Service offerings may vary from product to product. The optional services and support programs and their terms and conditions in place at the time or purchase will apply to Customer's purchase. WBpro has no obligation to provide service or support until WBpro has received full payment for the product or service/support contract for which service or support is requested.

Hosting
All plans listed on WBpro's web site are subject to Phone, email and chat support. If the plan is not listed on WBpro's web site the terms of the support are subject to the terms at the time of the purchase. Phone support is limited to business hours.

E-Commerce Stores
E-Commerce is subject to phone, email and chat support for as long as the E-Commerce Store is hosted on one of WBpro's servers. Phone support is limited to business hours. Support does not include updates or changes on the E-Commerce Store, updates or changes are charge hourly. Technical support is limited to fix errors and server configuration. If customer changes the code or contract a third party company to do it, the technical support will immediately be terminated and any future support will be hourly charge.

Business Web Sites
Business web sites are subject to phone, email and chat support for as long as the web site is hosted on one of WBpro's servers. Phone support is limited to business hours. Support does not include updates or changes on the web site, any updates or changes are charge hourly. Technical support is limited to fix errors and server configuration. We do not teach customer how to update their business web site, if your web site stops working because the customer itself change the configuration or the code or because their contact a third party company to do it, the technical support will be immediately terminated, and any future support will be charge hourly.

Web Builder
